Tejasvi Astitva Foundation is a non-profit making organization established to curb violation of Human Rights, and to focus on development of Education & Health system– the primary base pillars for the development of the Nation in true sense. The foundation with an aim to encourage education to every section of the society recognizes the hard work of the teachers and researchers in this gigantic task and it has been appropriately awarding the teachers at various levels from many years. We are also publishing a Multi-Lingual Multi-Disciplinary Research Journal from Delhi. This Research Journal is registered by Registrar General of Newspapers of India (RNI) & International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) Delhi. Awards Teaching fraternity is making continuous & relentless efforts to strengthen the capabilities and inculcate values to our future generation. It is not possible to describe the significance of a teacher in words. Tejasvi Astitva Foundation felicitated and honoured such extraordinary teachers in a glittering event – Award Ceremony to the Gurus of our children @ The Chutneys a well known Hotel-cum-Function Hall in Hyderabad on 21st December, 2019. The Teachers award titled “BHARAT KE ANMOL RATNA” भारत के अनमोल रत्न in the form of Shield with Certificate of Recognition / Merit had been bestowed upon Teachers who have made extraordinary contribution in the field of education during the current academic year 2019-2020. The Faculty member who completed 10 years of minimum service teaching any subject at Graduate or Post Graduate level in B-Schools, Affiliated Private, Government, Aided Colleges, Skill Training Centre (Universities not included) were recognized and appropriately awarded. Those who got promoted from Junior level teaching should have at least 5 years experience teaching at graduate or post graduate level and overall experience of 12 years. The cutoff date was 31st May 2019 for experience purpose and their contribution to society in the form of research or extension activities in addition to teaching shall be innovative and commendable. Nominations were reviewed by an expert committee and only eligible & deserving candidates out of the nominated persons were selected to be awarded. Let’s explore & recognize the Talent of the Intelligent, Dynamic and Extraordinary Teachers of our Nation, Honour them, Convey our Deepest & Sincere Gratitude & pay our Heartfelt Respect to the GURUS of our children as Gurudakshina keeping the age-old tradition and culture of the Guru-Shishya Parampara alive for which India is known for.
